It took longer than I expected to arrive, which was little annoying, but the package got here fine in the end.

Using the website is kind of a pain. Half the time the pages don’t load right, or they take forever and then show up all messed up. It just feels clunky and frustrating when you’re trying to get something done.

For the price, it just feels kind of cheap, honestly. I was expecting something better, but it didn’t really meet that. Buying from them again, I probably wouldn’t.

I did get my refund in the end, so everything was fine, but it took longer than I expected. I’m always a little cautious with returns because I don’t like having money tied up or wondering if something might go wrong, so the delay made me a bit uneasy. Still, it did come through eventually.

I was really hoping this would feel smoother, but it’s been a bit laggy for me at times. The response speed is slower than I expected, i’m starting to feel like I should’ve gone with something else.

I bought a Redragon keyboard from their site, and after only a few months it’s already starting to act up. Some of the keys feel loose now, and a few of them don’t always register unless I press harder than I should have to. I’m not rough with it or anything, just normal everyday desk use, so I don’t feel like this should be happening this soon, right? For the price, I expected it to hold up better. Disappointed with the build quality.

I ordered a keyboard and, the description was mostly accurate. The size, switch type, and lighting all matched what showed up, which was nice because you never totally know online. The only small thing was the color looked a tiny bit different in person, but not enough to bother me. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I couldn’t get the drivers to work properly with my setup at all. They kept disconnecting, and the support pages didn’t really help me figure out what was going on. I get that tech issues happen, but at a basic level, people should be able to install something and have it work without jumping through hoops. Frustrating experience overall.

I wanted to like this more, but the keys just feel sort of mushy when I type. It’s also louder than I expected, which gets annoying if I’m using it every day. Not terrible, but not really my favroite for regular typing.

I’ve always liked Redragon gear, but my most recent experience on the site was a little frustrating. The last few things I checked were either sold out or didn’t have any clear restock date, so I ended up coming back a couple of times just to see if anything changed. It’s not a bad site at all, and I’d still shop there, but based on my recent visits, the stock info could definitely be better.

I should’ve contacted support earlier. They got back to me really quickly and fixed the issue without any hassle at all. I spent more time worrying about it than it actually took to sort out.

It does the job, so I can’t complain too much, but it feels cheap. Like, the thing works, but the materials feel a bit flimsy and plasticky as hell.

I bought a Redragon headset from redragonusa.com the mic has been kind of a letdown. My friends keep saying I sound muffled or like I’m sitting across the room, even after messing with all the settings I could find. It’s frustrating when I’m trying to game or hop on calls.

Not sure what’s going on, but the cursor keeps jumping all over the place!!! I’m missing super easy clicks that I normally wouldn’t miss at all... it just feels really weird and frustrating!!

Setting this up was a total headache. It took forever, and after all that time, it still didn’t work right. At a certain point, it just feels wrong to sell something that’s this frustrating to get running.

The battery life is just okay. It dies faster than I expected, which feels avoidable if the battery were a bit better optimized.

It feels fine for shorter gaming sessions, but after a while my wrist starts getting tired. I wanted to really like the shape, actually, let me put it this way, the shape is okay, just not super comfortable for my hand.

Checkout worked okay overall, just felt a little slow while I was going through it. Nothing really went wrong, but I kept thinking it could be smoother if...

To be fair, the sound is okay overall, just not amazing. The bass feels a bit weak for my taste, but the mic actually sounds clear, so it does the job if you’re not expecting anything too high-end.

I bought this from redragonusa.com because I wanted a decent keyboard with nice RGB, and I don’t think that’s an unreasonable thing to expect when the lighting is such a big part of the product. The keyboard itself works fine for typing and gaming, but the RGB let me down. Some keys are noticeably brighter than others, and the colors don’t really line up the way I thought they would.
After a few weeks, one corner started looking dimmer too, which made it even harder to ignore. I’m not saying the keyboard is unusable or anything, and I get that it’s not the most expensive option out there, but if a product is going to show off RGB as a feature, I feel like it should look more consistent. It just ended up feeling cheaper than I expected.
